After surgery, the patient follows the relevant recommendations and instructions, waiting for the end of the recovery period, which is necessary for osseointegration (implantation into bone) and restoration of bone tissue.<\/p><p>If there is not enough bone tissue to install a dental implant, a bone grafting procedure is performed to replace the missing bone. This can be done simultaneously with the implantation, but if significant bone repair is required, a separate surgical operation is performed first.<\/p><p><strong>3) The third step: Making the final tooth or dentition<\/strong><\/p><p>During the 3-6-month healing period after implantation, the implant fuses with the jawbone. At this time, it is also important to maintain perfect oral hygiene, strictly following the doctor's recommendations.<\/p><p>After the end of the recovery period, a final crown, bridge, or denture is placed on the implants.
